International Minority Bankers Alliance (IMBA) is a member based trade organization for financial services professionals of all disciplines created to serve as a thought leader, resource and connector to sponsor, develop and elevate diverse talent throughout banking and finance industries worldwide.
Our leadership consists of a group of minority experienced banking professionals within the Chicagoland area seeking to have a safe space to share authentic ideas, aspirations and resources to enhance their personal and professional goals throughout the financial industry.
